The Executive Perspective: Our Feature in the San Diego Business Journal

The San Diego Business Journal recently profiled AdvisureIQ, recognizing the traction we are building across San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties.

In the article, I share an experience I had at Spitfire Creative Technologies, a previous business venture, that demonstrates the foundation of AdvisureIQ’s work.

In March 2020, live events stopped. The Emmys. The Oscars. The Super Bowl. Every major production that we built our business around went dark simultaneously.

We did not lay off a single employee, though. Our previously implemented twelve-month operating plan already mapped our cost structure, our essential investments, and where flexibility existed. When the disruption arrived, the analytical work was done. That’s what we do at AdvisureIQ.
